We have a US E-TEN M600 Pocket PC Phone

E-TEN tells Mobile Tech Review that the US English version of the E-TEN M600 Windows Mobile 5.0 Pocket PC Phone should be shipping in a few weeks. We just received our pre-production unit (hardware is final, but the ROM will be revised before release to fix known bugs). Those of you who read our E-TEN M500 (aka TORQ P100) review in July know that we really liked the M500. The M600 is very similar to the M500, using the same casing but it sports a black paint job, the new Windows Mobile 5.0 operating system and WiFi. It has 128 megs of flash ROM with 81.5 available to the user for storage and 64 megs of RAM, of which 49 megs are available and approx. 34 megs free at boot (remember, in WM5, flash ROM is where you store programs and data, and RAM is where programs execute, just as with a PC). The phone also has Bluetooth, an SD slot supporting SDIO and a 1.3 megapixel camera.
